APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the end of day Dispatcher Statistics the field 'Total
  Requests delayed by Max TCB Pool Limit' contains a value,
  although 'Peak Requests delayed by Max TCB Pool Limit' is 0.
  Also the field 'Total TCB Mismatch wait time' has a value,
  when 'Total Number of TCB Mismatch waits' is 0.
  UK03441 addresses the problem in DELETE_TCB routine, this APAR
  addresses the same problem in FREE_TCB routine.

  the number of OPEN TCBs used is 0.
  DFHDSIT incorrectly attempts to gather statistics for the CQ
  TCB when executing the FREE_TCB iproc and in doing so
  overwrites the fields: 'Total Number of TCB Mismatch waits',
  'Peak TCB Mismatch waits' and 'Total TCB Mismatch wait time.'
