Error description

• You are getting message DFHAP0002 A severe error code X'318D'
  has occurred in module DFHD2EX1 repeatedly.   The error is
  issued trying to release a lock which the transaction never
  acquired.
     When the lock was being acquired the task hung so a purge
  response was returned and the lock was never acquired.  Thus
  the DFHAP0002 severe error code 318D.   Then during the process
  of handling the purge response we call abend transaction twice
  causing what appears to be a loop issuing DFHAP0002.

  In the reported problem, a task was attempting to obtain the DB2
  connection lock. In doing so, DFHD2EX1 was driven and set an
  internal 'lock_held' flag, however, the task was purged before
  the lock was obtained.
  As a consequence, routine release_conn_lock_exclusive was driven
  as part of clean-up and attempted to release a non-owned lock.
  This caused the DFHAP0002 with an error code of x'318D'.
  In addition, check_release_lock_response called routine
  abend_transaction twice. Once for the original purge and
  then for the lock release fail, DFHD2EX1 then abended DFHAP0002
  repeatedly.

Problem conclusion

• DFHD2EX1 has been modified, flag conn_excl_lock_held will now
  be set after a successful DFHLMLM lock call.
