PK71386: DFHRZ0203 MESSAGE ON CALL TO EYU9XLOP. DYNAMIC ROUTING PROGRAM CALLED WHEN IT SHOULDN'T

Error description

• You are attempting to run a Web Services atomic transaction on
  a CICS requestor region.  It runs fine if DFHDYP is used as
  the DRP (Dynamic Routing Program).  If EYU9XLOP is used
  instead, you receive an EYUO abend and the following message
  .
  DFHRZ0203  The call to invoke the Distributed Routing Program,
             EYU9XLOP, has failed. The Distributed Routing
             Program has abnormally terminated with abend Code
             EYUO.
  .
  Trace will show transaction CPIH abending with code EYUO.
  Your task will be completing when it calls the DRP program,
  and the following trace entry is seen
  .
  RZ 0811 RZRT2 ENTRY Invoke_dynamic_routing_urm
  .
  The decision to call the routing program is made in DFHRZRT2.

  CICS is acting as a co-ordinator and receives a register
  message via the WS-AT provider pipeline. A new task is
  started to run DFHPIRS, and on termination the URM
  identified by DSRTPGM is called to identify the end of
  the transaction.
  
  Unfortunately, the URM was not called to identify the
  start of the transaction, resulting in the EYUO abend
  when the CPSM module EYU9XLOP is used.

Problem conclusion

• DFHRZRS1 has been changed to issue a call to DFHRZRT1, which
  will issue the notify call to the URM to identify the start of
  the transaction.
  
  The CICS Transaction Server for z/OS Trace Entries Version
  3 Release 2 SC34-6828-01 manual has been changed to add new
  entries in chapter 33 'Request streams domain trace points'.
