Error description

• The following failures occurred when MQ is quiesced at the same
  time as the CICS region:
  .
  DFHAP0707 applid An abend (code 0C2/AKEA) has occurred in
             task related user exit program DFHMQTRU.
  DFHAP0001 applid An abend (code 0C2/AKEA) has occurred at
             offset X'00005D34' in module DFHMQTRU.
  .
  The abend0C2 occurs in DFHMQPRH offset x'16C' on a PC (Program
  Call) instruction as DFHMQPRH is attempting to call CSQAPRH0
  (the subsystem program request handler). Immediately prior to
  the PC instruction, DFHMQPRH had loaded Reg15 from FRBRHPC
  (FRB +x'18' or MQLOC.HSUBSYS). FRBRHPC is zeroes, so the PC
  instruction (B218 F000) takes the 0C2. The failing task is the
  CKAM task.

  Following the request to stop MQ, the CKAM task shuts down the
  Adapter, then waits 10 seconds at which point it would try to
  reconnect to MQ. During that 10 second window, CICS shutdown
  also starts shutting down the Adapter, and during it's
  processing, clears field MQLOC.HSUBSYS (also known as FRBRHPC).
  .
  When CKAM wakes up again, it will retry the connection which
  will fail as CICS is now in shutdown processing. The CKAM task
  then ends but takes the abend0C2 when the TRUEs are called for
  end_task processing because FRBRHPC has now been zeroed.

  After WMQ queue manager shutdown, CICS shuts the MQ Adapter in
  the CICS address space. Task CKAM is also scheduled to attempt
  to restart the MQ adapter in 10 seconds time. However, the CICS
  address space itself starts to shutdown before the 10 seconds
  has elapsed. Then, when CKAM attempts to restart the MQ Adapter
  it abends S0C2 due to the field dfhmqloc.Connection.hSubSys
  having been reset to zeroes by CICS shutdown.

• Module DFHMQDSC has been changed so that field
