• The WLMAWTOR object / viewset does not honour filters via the
  API or WUI if a generic workload name is specified.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Incorrect results may occur when a      *
  *                      generic workload is specified when      *
  *                      requesting WLMAWTOR records through the *
  *                      API or WUI:                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      -  if the workload is specified as "*", *
  *                         any other specified filters,         *
  *                         including those passed as part of a  *
  *                         filter string, are ignored.          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      -  if the workload is specified as any  *
  *                         other generic value besides "*"      *
  *                         (e.g, "W*"), no data is returned.    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes must be restarted.  Note    *
  *                 that the restarts do not need to occur at    *
  *                 the same time.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When a request is made to retrieve WLMAWTOR records, method
  EYU0WABT (WABT) is called to process the request.  If the
  workload parameter is specified as "*", WABT ignores any other
  possbile filters, including those passed as part of a filter
  string, and returns all WLMAWTOR records for all workloads.
  If a different generic value is specified for the workload,
  WABT searches for a specific workload with the generic name.
  Since workloads cannot contain generic characters within them,
  the search will result in no records found.
  

Problem conclusion

• WABT has been updated to properly apply all filters when "*"
  is specified as the workload name, and to properly perform a
  generic search instead of a specific search for workload name
  if the workload name is passed as any other generic value
  besides "*".
