• The MQCINGRP REMOVE request fails on the WUI/API/CMCI with
  a TABLEERROR/DATAERROR response with Errorcode
  MQCINGRP_INV_RESTYPE
  .

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Using the API or BATCHREP to remove a   *
  *                      MQCINGRP record (MQCONDEF in RESGROUP)  *
  *                      will result in a failure indicating     *
  *                      that the MINOR_ID parameter is invalid. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes and SMSS systems must be    *
  *                 restarted.  Note that the restarts do not    *
  *                 need to occur at the same time.              *
  ****************************************************************
  When an API or BATCHREP request is made to remove a MQCINGRP
  record, method EYU0MOMB (MOMB) is called to build the parameter
  list to pass to method EYU0BACR (BACR) to perform the removal.
  MOMB performs a lookup in the Managed Object Services directory
  (EYUTMOSD) to determine the parameters to specify.  The MQCINGRP
  element of EYUTMOSD has an incorrect value for the MINOR_ID
  parameter, which results in the error being returned.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQCINGRP table definition file, which is used to generate
  the MQCINGRP element in EYUTMOSD, has been updated to correct
  the value of the MINOR_ID for the remove action.
