PK89464: MQCONDEF UPDATE FAILS FAILED/EXCEPTION IF MQNAME IS NOT SET

Error description

• Updating an MQCONDEF to change the MQNAME field to blanks will
  cause a FAILED/EXCEPTION response.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an MQCONDEF is updated and the     *
  *                      required MQNAME attribute is cleared, a *
  *                      Failed/Exception response will be       *
  *                      returned instead of an indication that  *
  *                      the MQNAME attribute is invalid.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes and SMSS systems must be    *
  *                 restarted.  Note that the restarts do not    *
  *                 need to occur at the same time.              *
  ****************************************************************
  When the MQNAME attribute is not provided in an update request
  for a MQCONDEF, method EYU0BCAF (BCAF) returns a status of
  INVALID_MQNAME to the CPSM API, where a lookup is made against
  the MQCONDEF resource table to verify if the status is valid.
  The MQCONDEF resource table definition does not specify
  INVALID_MQNAME as a valid status for the update action.  As a
  result, the API returns the Failed/Exception response.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQCONDEF resource table definition has been updated to
  include INVALID_MQNAME as a value status for the update action.
