PK89501: RTASCOPE FORCE OPTION NOT AVAILABLE VIA WUI - CANNOT MAKE RTA ACTIVE WITH AN INHERIT

Error description

• When the scope of an RTA specification is a CICS system group,
  and you need to indicate how the CICS Systems comprising the
  CICS system group are to use the specification, there is no easy
  way of setting the RTASCOPE Update OPTION using the WUI.
  
  In the past, the EUI RTASCOPE view provided the ability to SET
  the Update OPTION column, when the CSYSDEF was part of a system
  group.  For example, use the SET command with Update OPTION
  FORCE:

  This would force all CICS systems in the CICS system group to
  inherit the new specification.

Local fix

• Do the following:
       Administration views
       -> RTA system availability monitoring
          -> Specifications to system group links
  
  Select the RTA specification to System group association you
  want to update and click on the Remove button, to remove the
  link between the RTA specification definition and the system
  group.
  
  Click the Create button to select the FORCE option and click
  the Yes button.
  
  If you associate the RTA specification with a CICS system that
  is already active, the new specification will not be immediately
  active until you restart the system or do the following:
  
       CICSPlex SM Operations view
       -> MASs known to CICSplex
  
  From this MAS view, click on the MAS name:
   -if the 'Real time analysis status' field is set to No, change
    it to Yes and click 'Apply changes'.
   -if the 'Real time analysis status' field is set to Yes, change
    it to No, click 'Apply changes', set it to Yes and click
    'Apply changes' again.

  *                      update the scope to specification       *
  *                      associations for RTA, Monitor, and WLM. *

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the fix for this APAR, all    *
  *                 CMASes and MASes which act as a Web User     *
  *                 Interface (WUI) Server must be recycled to   *
  *                 pick up the changed code.  Note that the     *
  *                 restarts do not need to occur at the same    *
  *                 time.                                        *
  *                                                              *
  *                 Once a WUI server has been restarted, then   *
  *                 users of the CICSPlex SM supplied starter    *
  *                 set viewsets and menus must re-import the    *
  *                 updated starter set LNKSMSCG, LNKSMSCS,      *
  *                 LNKSRSCG, LNKSRSCS, LNKSWSCG, and LNKSWSCS   *
  *                 viewsets into the WUI server's repository in *
  *                 order to pick up the changes.                *
  *                                                              *
  *                 The viewsets can be re-imported either via   *
  *                 the AUTOIMPORTDSN and AUTOIMPORTMEM WUI      *
  *                 server initialization parameters or the      *
  *                 IMPORT (from a dataset) function of the COVC *
  *                 WUI transaction.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                 If COVC is used to re-import the viewset,    *
  *                 ensure that the TYPE operand is set to ALL   *
  *                 or VIEWSET, and that the Import option is    *
  *                 set to OVERWRITE.                            *
  *                                                              *
  *                 Users who have copied the IBM supplied       *
  *                 starter set viewsets and menus to another    *
  *                 name will have to manually apply the changes *
  *                 made by the PTF that resolves this APAR to   *
  *                 those copies.                                *
  *                                                              *

  *                 SEYUVIEW dataset that was updated by the PTF *
  *                 that resolves this APAR.                     *

  Provide WUI users the ability to update the information about
  the CICS systems or CICS sytem groups that are associated with
  an analysis, monitor, or workload specification. The current
  process requires the link to be removed and then recreated.
  The End User Interface (EUI) RTASCOPE, MONSCOPE, and WLMSCOPE
  views provided this ability in the past.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added NameList processing to EYUZTAUS.
  
  Modified EYU0TAUS to retrieve the name of the SCOPE and the name
  of the OLD_SPECNAME from the Namelist.
  
  Modified EYU0VAPL (WUI Get Picklist) to support picklist
  processing for the new specification name parameter when it
  pertains to LNKSxSCx.
  
  Added a new action name (CHGSPEC) to the following resource
  tables:
  
  LNKSMSCG - Link MONSPEC to CICS system group
  LNKSMSCS - Link MONSPEC to CICS system
  LNKSRSCG - Link RTASPEC to CICS system group
  LNKSRSCS - Link RTASPEC to CICS system
  LNKSWSCG - Link WLMSPEC to CICS system group
  LNKSWSCS - Link WLMSPEC to CICS system
  
  The CHGSPEC action will be processed by method EYU0TAUS (TAUS -
  Update Spec Association Definition Method Receiver).
  
  Added a new task guide button and view name to support the new
  CHGSPEC action to the following views:

   EYUxA4CJ - EYUSTARTLNKSRSCG
