PK91650: EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS MVSTCB INTERMITTENTLY RETURNS INCORRECT INFORMATION.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Intermittently, and EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS MVSTCB
  returns incorrect information.  DSRDS_TCB_CICS_TASK is sometimes
  set to 0 rather than to the task number currently running on
  the TCB .  Sometimes DSRDS_TCB_NAME is the name of a prior
  incarnation of this MVS TCB.  For instance, perhaps MVS TCB
  9A02C8 used to be CICS TCBID L8000 .   Then it was detached and
  then it was attached again and was this time CICS TCBID L8001 .
  Sometimes the COLLECT STATISTICS MVSTCB(9A02C8) returns
  DSRDS_TCB_NAME as the old name, L8000 in this case, rather than
  the current name.

  In the reported problem, an EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS MVSTCB
  returned an incorrect value in the TCB identifier field (see
  TCB_ID in a CICS trace).  This was caused by DFHKEDS referencing
  a previous incarnation of the MVS TCB which had been detached
  and reattached to a different TCB_ID as the current running
  task. For example:

  MVS TCB 'X' was attached to KTCB 'L8001'
  MVS TCB 'X' was detached from KTCB 'L8001'
  MVS TCB 'X' was attached to KTCB 'L8002'
                                                                 .
  EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS MVSTCB was run but showed MVS TCB
  'X' as being attached to KTCB L8001.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHKEDS has been modified to correctly reference the MVSTCB that
  the currently executing KTCB is attached to.
