    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In the Web User Interface (WUI) view *
    *                      EYUSTARTLOCTRAN.TABULAR, you summarize  *
    * on the CICS system name, expecting to *
    * see the number of transactions that *
    * have executed in each region in the *
    * column "Number of times transaction *
    * used". Instead, the displayed value *
    *                      is 0.                                   *

    * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this *

    * do not need to be done at the same time. *
    * However in order to observe the correct *
    * summary values, the CMAS to which a WUI *
    * server or CICSPlex SM API program connects *
    * must have been restarted from a library in *
    * which the fix for this APAR was applied. *
    ****************************************************************
       The default summarization option was set to "average" instead
    of "sum" for attributes USECOUNT, LOCALCNT, STGVCNT, RESTARTCNT,
    REMOTECNT, and REMSTARTCNT of the LOCTRAN resource table.

Problem conclusion

  • The correct summary option was set for the count attributes.
