  Currently, CICS provides EP (Event Processing) Adapters to emit
  business events using the following transport methods:

  o WMQ
  o CICS Transaction
  o CICS Temporary Storage Queue
                                                                 .
  There is no adapter that supports the HTTP transport mechanism.
                                                                 .
  This D type apar ships an additional EP Adapter that uses the
  HTTP Transport mechanism and will support event formats of:
                                                                 .
  o CBER ( Common Base Event REST )
  o WBE  ( Websphere Business Event )
  o CBE  ( Common Base Event )

  NOTE: If you apply this apar it is recommended you also apply
        PM07361.
  NOTE: A new transaction, CEPH has been added to DFH^CAT2
        in resource group EVENTUSER. This is a Category 2
        transaction, so regions running with transactional
        security active will need to define this new
        transaction to their security manager.
  
        To exploit the new function shipped by this apar requires
        a release of CICS Explorer higher than V1.0.0.5 which will
        provide HTTP as an EP Adapter option.
