After label OP1CHECK , the 0C4 pic11 is caused by the following insruction: +001308 E3EE 9048 0004 LG r14,cics_error_registers64(r14) get ndx . reg value should have used R15 as the index register value and added that to R14 (SRPOADDR) but instead uses R14 which already contains the base+displacement of OPERAND2.

If the failing instruction is an RX type instruction, DFHSRP is not correctly isolating the index register to determine the address of the storage being accessed. The bad index value causes the subsequent program check in DFHSRP, R14 being incorrect. Problem conclusion
DFHSRP has been amended to use the correct register when addressing the index register for an RX instruction.
