Error description

• You receive a DFHSM0002 A SEVER ERROR (CODE X'0316') HAS
  OCCURRED IN MODULE DFHSMGF when attempting to use CEDA to
  re-install a DOCTEMPLATE that was previously installed, then
  renamed in your PDS dataset.
  
  Reviewing this error in Trace you can see the MEMBER_NOT_FOUND
  response followed by an invalid FREEMAIN for DFHTMPERM.

  Following a re-install of a Doctemplate it is possible to
  receive the following message: A severe error (code X'0316')
  has occurred in module DFHSMGF. This is followed by a DFHSM0002
  dump.
  The doctemplate has been defined as a member of a PDS and
  between the first install of the doctemplate and the re-install
  the member has been renamed. The re-install processing will
  first free the template buffer, DHTMPERM and then try to
  locate the member. This locate will fail with member not
  found and as part of recovery we again try to free the
  template buffer.

Problem conclusion

• DFHDHTM has been changed to only attempt to freemain the
  template buffer once.
