Error description

• In GC34-7035, CICS Transaction Server for z/OS, Messages and
  Codes, Version 4 Release 1,
  Chapter 3, Transaction Abend Codes, section AZxx abend codes,
  is a description for AZTC.
  The description of the abend code should also mention that the
  abend can also be produced if the ATTACH failed because the
  region is in SHUTDOWN.

  CSAC transaction abends AZTC during AOR shutdown because the
  attach of the CITS transaction has failed. This is because
  CITS is defined as SHUTDOWN(DISABLED).
  The messages and codes manual does not give this as a reason for
  ABENDAZTC.

Problem conclusion

• The description of abend AZTC in the CICS Transaction Server
  for z/OS version 4.1 messages and Codes manual, GC34-7035-00,
  will be updated to include the following paragraph at the end
  of the explanation.
  
  'This abend can also occur during shutdown if the transaction
  definition specifies SHUTDOWN(DISABLED).'
