PM14481: CICS DOES NOT ADD WS-ADDRESSING-HEADER IN SOAP-RESPONSE

Error description

• When a SOAP-Request contains an extra
  ws-addressing-namespace-declaration in the
  envelope-tag then CICS does not add the
  WS-Addressing-Header in the SOAP-Response.

  Exception trace entry 'PI 1F05 PIA1 *EXC* ADDRESSING_EXCEPTION'
  is issued when the WS-Addressing namespace is specified twice
  with different prefixes, once in the Envelope element and once
  in the Header element, in the SOAP request message.
  This happens when CICS is acting as a provider and building
  the SOAP response message. The generated response message
  doesn't contain any WS-Addressing Header elements.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHPIA1 has been changed so that, when CICS is acting as a
  provider and the SOAP request message contains the
  WS-Addressing namespace twice with different prefixes,
  once in the Envelope element and once in a Header element,
  the generated SOAP response message will contain the Header
  element.
