Error description

• When using TRANISO , and a transaction gets an abendAICA ,
  handles it, and then does something that requires the attach
  of an L8 TCB (like doing the first MQ or DB2 call of the task),
  the attach fails with RC X'20' and CICS issues message
  DFHDS0002 A severe error (code X'0137') has occurred
   in module DFHDSIT.

  When control is passed back to an application after an AICA
  because of an EXEC CICS HANDLE ABEND, smx_subspace_active is on
  but we are actually in basespace. The attach of the TCB fails
  with return code x'20' and CICS issues message DFHDS0002.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSRP has been changed to issue a SWITCH_SUBSPACE RESET_SPACE
  call where appropriate to ensure the task is in the correct
  subspace.
