Error description

• CICS TS 3.2 after applying UK56502 (PM05868) and EXEC CICS
  INVOKE WEBSERVICE command leads to ABENDAPIL.
  DFHDU0201 CICSABC ABOUT TO TAKE SDUMP. DUMPCODE: APIL
  This occurs when CICS is the WEBSERVICE requester.

  REG6 is bad since it was loaded from R2 earlier which already
  contained a PL1 null pointer x'FF000000' and the code was not
  expecting this.

  APAR PM05868 introduced a build_dfhwsxmlns call in DFHPISN to
  rebuild the DFHWS-XMLNS container, initially to solve the
  problem of SOAP handler getting run multiple times in a
  provider PIPELINE. However this causes an abend in a
  standard requester PIPELINE.

  DFHPISN has been changed so it only rebuilds the DFHWS-XMLNS
  container when it's a non terminal provider pipeline.
