    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
     An OC4 abend occurs randomly when using Webservices or the
     CICS Transaction Gateway with an ICRX and the TOR passes the
     ICRX to a remote region (AOR) via MRO.
     On the remote region DFHSNUS does a call to DFHUSAD for
     ADD_USER_VIA_ICRX but fails to clear DFHUSAD's parameter
     list before the call. The residual data in the parameter list
     results in an abend0C4 in DFHUSAD.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHSNUS has been altered to clear the parameter list when
     calling DFHUSAD for ADD_USER_VIA_ICRX.
