  DL/I 1.12 recovery requires two object modules to be included
  in DFHDBP2$ and DFHDLBP to be able to support this release.
  A modified DLZRDBC0 provides support for DL/I 1.11 and invokes
  DLZRDBC1 if release 1.12 is being used.
