Error description

• If an IPCONN definition is created in BAS, with a Queue Limit
  value specified that has less than 4 digits, the installation of
  that IPCONN definition will fail with the following messages:

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the fix for this APAR, all    *
  *                 MASes must be recycled to pick up the        *
  *                 changed code.  Note that the restarts do not *
  *                 need to occur at the same time.              *

  CPSM uses the EXEC CICS CREATE command to install BAS resource
  definitions. In method BNCG (EYU0BNCG - CPSM BAS MAS support
  program) the move for the build of the CREATE command is
  truncating the QUEUELIMIT attribute value. The value is obtained
  from IPC_QLIMIT in EYUBBNCD (CPSM MAS Resource Create Attribute
  Skeletons) where it is incorrectly defined as 5 characters in
  length.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the length of IPC_QLIMIT to 8 characters in EYUBBNCD.
  
  Rebuilt EYU0BNCG to pick up the new length of IPC_QLIMIT.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
