Error description

  • 5697E9300
    DFH$UMOD has entry for DFHBRMR with USELPACOPY(YES) making it
    LPA eligible. DFHBRMR has alias of DFHL3270 which is the module
    clients would link to (not DFHBRMR). The supplied program
    definition for DFHL3270 has USELPACOPY(NO) in Group DFHBR. The
    CICS loader domain only knows of DFHL3270. Because DFH$ULPA has
    no reference to DFHL3270 to make him LPA eligible, customer must
    code their own Program definition with USELPACOPY(YES) and must
    maintain the definition.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHL3270 is not included in samplib *
    *                      member DFH$ULPA.                        *

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    DFHBRMR and its alias DFHL3270 are LPA eligible modules. However
    if they are moved to the LPA they will not be loaded from there
    because DFHL3270 is only defined with USELPACOPY(NO) and does
    not have a corresponding definition in DFH$ULPA specifying
    USELPACOPY(YES).

Problem conclusion

  • DFHL3270 has been included in DFH$ULPA SDFHSAMP member,
    specifying USELPACOPY(YES).
