PM26021: EYUWI0086I CANNOT IMPORT WORKLOAD. ADD ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS.

Error description

• When a MAS connects to a CMAS and needs to join a workload, the
  CMAS first checks to see if any other CMAS in the network has a
  copy of the workload before it loads a new copy from the EYUDREP
  file.  In some cases, a CMAS may believe that other CMASes have
  a copy of the workload, but it can not communicate with them.
  This APAR is being taken to add additional externalized messages
  to help an operator more quickly resolve the situation.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a CMAS issues message and prompt   *
  *                      EYUWI0086I because it needs to import   *
  *                      a WLM workload but it does not have     *
  *                      communications to any CMAS which has    *
  *                      the workload, a trace is written that   *
  *                      identifies all CMASes which have the    *
  *                      workload, but no external message is    *
  *                      provided with this information.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes must be restarted.  Note    *
  *                 that the restarts do not need to occur at    *
  *                 the same time.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When a CMAS needs to install a workload, it first checks to see
  if any other CMAS has a copy of the workload.  If other CMASes
  have a copy of the workload, but the local CMAS does not have
  communications to any of the CMASes, message and prompt
  EYUWI0086I is issued.  Additionally, an exception trace is
  written identifying the CMASes that have the workload.
  
  A message is required to identify the unavailable CMASes.
  

Problem conclusion

• Prior to issuing the EYUWI086I message and prompt, method
  EYU0WMQM (WMQM) will now issue one or more instances of new
  message EYUWI0090I, one instance for each CMAS that has the
  workload but does not have communications to the local CMAS.
  The text of the new message will be similar to the following:
  
    EYUWI0090I  CMAS <cmasname> is unavailable for workload
                <wlmspec>.
