  After applying PTF UK60399 for APARs PM15214 and PM15583 for
  SYSPARM capability, the CICSPlex SM API copybook source for
  member XMLTRANS in the SEYUMAC, SEYUCOB, SEYUC370, and SEYUPL1
  libraries for Assembler, Cobol, C, and PL1 contain the alias
  for the SYSPARM table.  The XMLTRANS alias EYUA0197, EYUL0197,
  EYUC0197, and EYUP0197 for Assembler, Cobol, C, and PL1 is
  mapping SYSPARM.  XLMTRANS alias should be picking up the
  EYUA0196, EYUL0196, EYUC0196, and EYUP0196 alias.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:    After applying PTF UK60399 for       *
  *                      APARs PM15214 and PM15583, providing    *
  *                      SYSPARM capability, the CICSPlex SM API *
  *                      copybook alias XMLTRANS in the SEYUMAC  *
  *                      (Assembler), SEYUCOB (COBOL), SEYUC370  *
  *                      (C), and SEYUPL1 (PL/I) libraries       *
  *                      points to the copy members for the      *
  *                      SYSPARM table.  The XMLTRANS alias      *
  *                      should address copy members EYUA0196    *
  *                      for Assembler, EYUL0196 for COBOL,      *
  *                      EYUC0196 for C, and EYUP0196 for PL/I.  *
  *                      New copy members EYUA0197, EYUL0197,    *
  *                      EYUC0197, and EYUP0197 should be ad-    *
  *                      dressed by the SYSPARM alias.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:    After applying the PTF that resolves this *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes, MASes and WUI servers must *
  *                 be restarted.  The restarts need not be per- *
  *                 formed at the same time, however if systems  *
  *                 are not restarted at the same time the fol-  *
  *                 lowing rules apply:                          *
  *                                                              *
  *                 - Maintenance Point (MP) CMASes must be re-  *
  *                   started with the updated code before non-  *
  *                   MP CMASes, MASes, and WUI Servers.         *
  *                                                              *
  *                 - If you have more than one MP CMAS and any  *
  *                   of those MP CMASes are connected directly  *
  *                   or indirectly, then those MP CMASes must   *
  *                   be restarted at the same time.             *
  *                                                              *
  *                 - Before a MAS or WUI server runs with the   *
  *                   updated code, the CMAS to which the MAS or *
  *                   WUI server connects must be restarted with *
  *                   the updated code.                          *
  *                                                              *
  *                    After applying the PTF that resolves this *
  *                 APAR all CICSPlex SM API programs written in *
  *                 Assembler, COBOL, C, or PL/I which reference *
  *                 XMLTRANS or SYSPARM resource tables must be  *
  *                 recompiled using the corrected copy members. *
  ****************************************************************
     A configuration error in the SMP/E MCS prototypes for copy
  members EYUA0197, EYUC0197, EYUL0197, and EYUP0197 generated
  incorrect alias parameters in the ++MAC and ++SAMP MCS state-
  ments for these members.  This resulted in the wrong aliases
  being created in the SEYUMAC, SEYUCOB, SEYUC370, and SEYUPL1
  copy libraries when PTF UK60399 was applied.
  

Problem conclusion

•    The SMP/E MCS prototype file was corrected and a PTF was
  generated for this APAR, with correct alias parameters for the
  XMLTRANS copy members EYUA0196, EYUC0196, EYUL0196, and
  EYUP0196, and for the SYSPARM copy members EYUA0197, EYUC0197,
  EYUL0197, and EYUP0197.
