    ****************************************************************
Debug Tool may try to change read-only storage in an application
program. To recover from resulting program checks, it sets up
shunts that are driven after CICS calls Language Environment for
program_check_recovery. The fix of PM16854 prevents CICS from
    driving program_check_recovery after rununit_termination has
been driven, so if Debug Tool causes a program check after
rununit_termination is invoked, it will not recover.
