    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When debugging a program using CEDF in dual-screen mode with
    security on, and the task being debugged has been purged,
    CEDF ABENDs AKEA 0C4 due to an AEY7 ABEND not being handled
    correctly by DFHEDFD. The AEY7 is caused by DFHEDFP not
    performing the necessary security checks to ensure that CEDF
    is authorised to debug the specified transaction.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHEDFP has been changed to always perform the necessary
    security checks to confirm that CEDF is authorised to debug the
    transaction under its control.
