PM30188: EYUPS0106W RTASAM EVENT EPLEXCHG PROCESSING FAILED

Error description

• You run EYU9XDUT to upgrade your non-MP EYUDREP and
  receive the following message during CMAS startup
  after the non-MP CMAS connects to the MP CMAS and the
  MP CMAS requests the delete and re-add of the CICSplex.

  The EYUPS0106W occurs as the PSPC MAL built by PSLT contains a
  PLEX_DESC value of zeros.  Method PSLT needs to check the
  LOCL_PLEX_DESC value for zeros upon return from the TSXR call
  in the GET_PLEX_DESC subroutine just past label CHK_REMOVE.  If
  the LOCL_PLEX_DESC is zeros, PLST should continue processing at
  label GET_EVENT.

  *                      after connecting to a maintenance point *
  *                      (MP) CMAS during initialization.  This  *
  *                      may occur if a plex owned by the MP     *
  *                      CMAS and managed by the local CMAS was  *
  *                      removed from the repository of the      *
  *                      local CMAS during the initialization    *
  *                      process.                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      If a CICSplex is removed from the local *
  *                      CMAS, the following messages will be    *
  *                      issued:                                 *

  *                        EYUTS0006I Topology Remove of         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes must be restarted.  Note    *
  *                 that the restarts do not need to occur at    *
  *                 the same time.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When a CMAS connects to an MP CMAS for a CICSplex managed by the
  local CMAS, and the MP CMAS instructs the local CMAS to remove
  the CICSplex from its repository, method EYU0PSLT (PSLT), which
  runs as a long running task under transaction PSLT, is posted to
  process the remove request for the RTA component.  PSLT calls
  method EYU0PSPC (PSPC) to delete the RTA structures built for
  the CICSplex.
  
  If this process takes place during initialization of the local
  CMAS, the RTA structures for the CICSplex may have not yet been
  created.  When PSLT calls PSPC in this situation, the delete
  request will fail, with the EYUPS0106W message and the exception
  traces being issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• PSLT has been updated to verify if the RTA structures have been
  created for a CICSplex before calling PSPC to delete those
  structures.  If the structures do not exist at the time of the
  remove request, PSLT will ignore the request and continue its
  normal processing.
