Error description
DFHSR0001 applid An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred at offset X'FFFFFFFF' in program ICC$PRG1. . Abend0C4 's occur in load module ICCFCDLL offset x'14BE0'. The 0C4 's occur for different tasks, and fail because Reg1 is invalid. Reg1 was loaded using Reg13 +BC which contains zeroes, then loaded again from low core offset x'C'. Low core +x'C' contains the chars AAAAAAAA. The failing program within ICCFCDLL is ICCBUFEC. There is no check to see if we have a valid length before referencing field ivpInputMsgBuffer. .
