    ****************************************************************
In the reported problem a CICS region abended following the
issue of messages DFHDS0002 (code x'0070') and DFHTD0180
response (code x'04') reason (code x'0B').

A task was writing to Transient Data and was suspended on an
MBCB_xxx wait. An attempt was made to Force Purge the task
and in doing so, routine BUFALL in DFHTDSUC was driven.
This called task_purge but passed an invalid MBCB pointer which
is required to locate the MWCB ( transient data wait control
block ). The freemain of the MWCB did not occur. Control
returned to BUFALL to index to the next MWCB but again, the
pointer value was invalid. CICS detected this recursive
    error situation and abended.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHTDB has been modified and will now set the correct pointer
    value.
