  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:    After applying the fix for APAR      *

  *                      or result set of resource tables. The   *
  *                      Web User Interface (WUI) returns:       *

  *                      A user-written API program returns an   *
  *                      API response and reason of FAILED /     *
  *                      EXCEPTION.  An exception trace written  *
  *                      to the CMAS trace dataset by module     *
  *                      EYU0MOAC (MOAC - Extract Action Related *
  *                      Information).  The Debug text in the    *
  *                      trace record is "ACT_VER".              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes, and CICS regions config-   *
  *                 ured as System Managed Single Server (SMSS)  *
  *                 regions must be recycled to pick up the new  *
  *                 code.  Note that the restarts do not need    *
  *                 to be done at the same time.                 *

     When an API command is submitted against a resource table or
  a result set containing one or more resource tables, the Managed
  Object Services (MOS) dictionary is searched to find the method
  which supports the requested action.  A logic error in the fix
  for APAR PM29357 could cause the highest subversion of the table
  version to be selected instead of the highest subversion of the
  action version.
  

Problem conclusion

•    Module EYU0MOCM (MOCM - MOS Common Service Functions) was
  updated to select the proper action subversion number to
  identify the method to be called for a given action.  Programs
  EYU0MOAC (MOAC - MOS Inquire Action), EYU0MOMB (MOMB - MOS Build
  MAL), EYU0MOPA (MOPA - MOS Inquire Parameter value Assertions),
  EYU0MOPM (MOPM - MOS Inquire Action Parameters), and EYU0MOSS
  (MOSS - MOS String Services) were recompiled to incorporate
  the changes to MOCM.
