    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Whilst reinstalling a disabled Pipeline resource, DFHPIPL
    loses control after FREEMAINing the DFHPIPEB block but before
    releasing the DFHPIPE Block. Another task acquires the storage
    just FREEMAINed and uses it to read in a PIPELINE configuration
    file. DFHPIPL regains control and attempts to release the
    the DFHPIPEB lock. The lock token passed on the DFHLMLM call
    is obtained from the previously FREEMAINed DFHPIPEB block
    but has now been reused and contains XML data.This leads
    to a DISASTER response from DFHLMLM domain and message:
       +DFHLM0001 <applid> An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred
       at offset X'1082' in module DFHLMLM.

    Key words: DFHLM0001 0C4 AKEA
