  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:    The CICSPlex SM API command REFRESH  *
  *                      fails to update API result sets con-    *
  *                      taining CSD resource table records of   *
  *                      the format XXXXXDEF.  For example, the  *
  *                      new changetime attribute value might    *
  *                      not be displayed for updated records    *
  *                      when the result set is refreshed using  *
  *                      the API REFRESH command.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes and MASes must be recycled  *
  *                 to pick up the new code.  Note that the      *
  *                 restarts do not need to be done at the same  *
  *                 time.                                        *
  ****************************************************************
     When a REFRESH API command is processed for a CSD resource,
  the request is passed to the maintainence point CMAS for the
  CICSplex named in the request CONTEXT.  For CSD resources,
  the request should be sent to the CICS region named in the
  request SCOPE instead, as the CSD dataset that should be pro-
  cessed is allocated to that region.   If the CSDGROUP argument
  is passed in the Method Argument List (MAL) for EYU0BAGQ (BAGQ -
  BAS CICS Resource Definition Query) the request is passed to
  module EYU0BCGQ (BCGQ - Retrieve CSD Resource Definitions) for
  processing.  However BAGQ does not check an incoming NAMELIST
  for CSDGROUP.  Since REFRESH builds a NAMELIST identifying the
  specific resources to be retrieved, REFRESH will never be able
  to refresh a result set of CICS resources from the CSD.
  

Problem conclusion

•    Module EYU0XDP5 (XDP5 - REFRESH API command) has been
  updated to send REFRESH requests for CSD resources of format
  xxxxxDEF to the region named in the SCOPE of the API request.
  Module EYU0BAGQ, responsible for the collection of both BAS
  and CSD resource records, has been updated to check an in-
  coming NAMELIST for a non-blank CSDGROUP attribute.
