* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Fragment bundles cannot be used in the  *
*                      OSGI_BUNDLES middleware bundle list.    *

When using an OSGi-enabled JVM server, specifying fragment
bundles in the 'OSGI_BUNDLES' middleware bundle list causes
the JVM server to fail to enable.

Problem conclusion


    

  • During initialisation of the JVM server, CICS has been altered
to test each middleware bundle to check whether it is a
fragment. CICS only starts the bundle if it is not a fragment.
