Error description
You are using WS-AT based Web Services. The failure is seen when a JOIN is being issued for the WS-AT protocol task to attach itself to the waiting user pipeline task. A check is done to make sure the userid specified on the attach matches the userid of the waiting task which was set in the public id. There is no need for the userid matching to be done for WS-AT protocol. Additional Symptoms: KIXREVRJL

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHPI0510 Error when WS-AT task fails * * to join the request stream created by * * the task under different user id. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Web Services are being used in CICS and WS-AT (Atomic Transactions) has been set up. CICS acts as a Web Service provider and HTTP basic authentication is set on the TCPIPSERVICE. The initial pipeline task runs under the supplied user id, which then forms part of the public id of a created request stream. A WS-AT protocol message arrives in CICS and gets received by a separate TCPIPSERVICE without basic authentication active. Eventually WS-AT task running under the default user id tries to join the request stream so as to attach itself to the waiting application task. Then JOIN request fails because the user id of the task doesn't match the one in the public id.
Problem conclusion
DFHPIPM has been changed to remove the userid parameter in DFHRZSOM JOIN when the public id of a request stream is specified.
