PM49479: WUI DETAILED VIEW OF SHARED TS QUEUE EYUSTARTTSQSHR FOLDS MIXED CASE QUEUE NAME TO UPPER CASE

Error description

• CICS TS 4.1 (CICSPlex 4.1)
  WUI displays CICS Temporary storage Queues in TABULAR and
  DETAILED views as mixed case which is correct.
  Problem is that for Shared Temporary storage Queues, the WUI
  displays mixed case TS Queues correctly in the EYUSTARTTSQSHR
  TABULAR view but incorrectly converts mixed TS Queue names
  to upper case when the DETAILED Shared TS Queue name is
  selected.

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes and MASes which are con-    *
  *                 figured as WUI servers must be recycled      *
  *                 to pick up the new code.  Note that the      *
  *                 restarts do not need to be done at the same  *
  *                 time.                                        *

     Attribute NAME in the TSQSHR resource table was defined as
  supporting upper case values only.  The WUI TABULAR view will
  display the contents of the incoming resource tables accurately,
  but when generating the filter for the hyperlink to the DETAILED
  view, the value will be folded to upper case.  If a queue with
  the folded name exists, it will be displayed.  If not, message
  .

Problem conclusion

•    The NAME attribute in the TSQSHR resource table was updated
  to allow mixed case values.
