Error description

  • This problem is due to a regression introduced by APAR PM37510.
It only effects XML-ONLY WSBind Files and is only regressed at
CICS TS V4.1. PM37510 added some code to validate pointers
within the WSBind Files that can get corrupted if FTP'd in TEXT
mode, however, XML-ONLY WSBind Files have a different internal
structure and PM37510 didn't take this special case variation
    into account.
