Error description

  • You are using the CICS Explorer to update a CSD resource
definition. The resource that is being changed, in this
instances, is the URI Mapping Definition Description field.

Once you have saved this updated definition you view MSGUSR
for the CICS region where the URI definition is changed you
    see the following messages:

DFHFC0200 applid Non-RLS file DFHCSD has been allocated to data
                     set hlq.DFHCSD

DFHFC0961 applid Calculation of LSR pool 1 parameters
incomplete. Filename DFHLRQ has no DSNAME.

    ???? ??? CONL applid BEFORE 01/12/11 19:13:02 ALTER URIMAP(xx)
                     GROUP(xx) DESCRIPTION(xxxxxxx) STATUS(ENABLED)

    ???? ??? CONL applid AFTER 01/12/11 19:51:24 ALTER URIMAP(xx)
                     GROUP(xx) STATUS(ENABLED)

The problem is that there is no DFHFC0201 Non-RLS file DFHCSD
has been deallocated message. The message still does not get
produced when changing perspectives, going to another CICS
region, or closing the URI Mapping Definition Tab.

The message does get generated when you click the refresh button
or re-select the CICS region where the URI Definition was
changed and the Definition Signature Change Time field is
    updated.

A logic error in the following resource create / update
methods resulted in the "EXEC CICS CSD DISCONNECT" command
not being executed after a resource was defined or altered:
    .
EYU0BNCF (BNCF - URIMAP, PIPELINE, WEBSERVICE)
      EYU0BNCG (BNCG - IPCONNECTION, JVMSERVER)
      EYU0BNCH (BNCH - LIBRARY)
      EYU0BNC2 (BNC2 - TYPETERM, PROGRAM)
      EYU0BNC8 (BNC8 - TSMODEL)
    .
The next time the view is refreshed (driving the GET method)
or another resource type is defined or altered, the DISCONNECT
command will be executed, the DFHCSD file will be deallocated,
and message DFHFC0201 will be written to the MSGUSR log.

Problem conclusion

  • Modules EYU0BNCF, EYU0BNCG, EYU0BNCH, EYU0BNC2, and
EYU0BNC8 were modified to insure that the DFHCSD file is
deallocated after a resource is defined or altered.
