    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When CRSQ runs, DFHAPIQ returns the EIB *
    * address as zero to XPCFTCH, however *
    * the EIB exists in the dump. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    A global user exit, XPCFTCH, is enabled and the program running
    at that exit includes an INQ_APPLICATION_DATA XPI call.
    The INQ_APPLICATION_DATA call will invoke DFHAPIQ and attempts
    to obtain the EIB address. However, because tczeisfl still
    indicates EIS is uninitilized no EIB address is returned.
    The EIB address is returned on the initial invocation of CRSQ,
    but not on the second and subsequent invocations.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHAPLI1 has been changed to set tczeisfl for each invocation.
