Error description
During the ENF processing, the snex is never updated to use the new user token, so it still has the old token. When SIGNON_ATI_SESSION processing, the snex_session_user_token is compared to the token return on the ADD_USER_WITHOUT_PASSWORD and they are different. This is not expected, so *EXC* USER_TOKEN_MISMATCH and DFHSN0002 dump was taken. . Additional Symptom(s) Search Keyword(s): KIXREVSWM

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: msgDFHSN0002 A severe error (CODE * * X'2056') has occurred in program * * DFHSNAS when using connections with * * preset security. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** A CICS region is connected to another using an MRO connection with preset security. When the connection is acquired a sign on is done for each session using the preset userid. The user token from this signon is stored in the SNEX for the session. At some later point CICS receives a notification from RACF that the group connection status of the preset userid has changed. This causes user domain to mark the USUDB as having received a notification. A remote terminal start is then shipped to this CICS region across the MRO connection. DFHSNAS performs a new signon of the session user, which is the preset userid. DFHUSAD detects that the USUDB has received a notification so a full signon is done and a new USUDB and user token get created. The new user token is returned to DFHSNAS. DFHSNAS detects that the user token has changed from the one stored in the SNEX. This is unexpected so message DFHSN0002 is issued. Additional keywords: SN0002 ENF
Problem conclusion
DFHUSAD has been changed so that session signons are no longer affected by RACF notifications.
