APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • IPIC system transactions CISE, CISS CISR and CISX supplied
definitions have been defined with TASKDATAKEY(USER). Because
they are internal CICS sytem transactions, it is more desirable
to have them defined as TASKDATAKEY(CICS).
    Additional symptoms:
    KIXREVSCB
    DFHSM0102 storage violation during shutdown.
ABENDAPIH APIH issued by DFHISEMP due to EIBand
    EIUS being overlaid / corrupted.

Local fix

  • Copy the supplied definition to your own group and alter the new
definition to reflect your desired setting for TASKDATAKEY.
Ensure you append the new group to your startup grouplist within
    SIT parm GRPLIST.

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
IPIC system transactions are defined with TASKDATAKEY(USER).
That means the task lifetime storage of these transactions
is obtained from user key and can be accessed by user
applications. Therefore, the IPIC system transaction storage
may get overlaid by user program. That will cause unexpected
    error.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHCURDI and DFHCURDM have been changed so that the IPIC system
transaction CISB, CISC, CISD, CISE, CISM, CISQ, CISR, CISS,
CIST, CISU, CISX, and CIS4 are defined with TASKDATAKEY(CICS).
