Error description

  • You are using TBEXITS sit parm to enable a program to run
at the XFCLDEL exit. When that XFCLDEL program is not available
in a DFHRPL dataset, CICS will issue DFHRU2816 during startup
but then CICS does not abend like the DFHRU2816 message
    indicates.

A user exit or TRUE can be specified during CICS startup using a
SIT parameter such as TBEXITS. If the program specified is not
available in DFHRPL then message DFHRU2816 is issued. CICS
Messages and Codes states that the corresponding system action
for this message is for CICS to terminate with an abend ARCB
however it continues to start up and control is given to CICS.
