PM79569: DFHAC2236 ABEND AZVE DUE TO MISSING CALL FROM DFHZATS TO DFHZATDX

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The autoinstall program DFHZATDX or DFHZATDY is not called
  by DFHZATS when a shipped terminal is being autoinstalled and
  clashes with an already installed session termid.
  Instead DFHZATS will abend transaction CITS with message
  DFHAC2236 and abend code AZVE .

  when a shipped terminal is being autoinstalled and clashes

Problem conclusion

• DFHZATS has been altered to allow the autoinstall exit to be
  driven when a shipped terminal id clashes with a session id.
  
  The CICS Transaction Server for z/OS Version 4 Release 2
  Customization Guide SC34-7161-01 has been altered in
  Chapter 15.
  Under the heading of 'Installing shipped terminals and
  connections', the 4th line in the first paragraph should be
  altered from : 'terminals, local terminals, and connections
  already installed in the' to 'terminals, local terminals,
  sessions and connections already installed in the'.
  Under the heading of 'CICS-generated aliases', the 3rd line
  in the first paragraph should be altered from :
  'definition clashes with the name of a remote terminal, local
  terminal or connection' to 'definition clashes with the name of
  a remote terminal, local terminal, session or connection'.
