Error description

• Transaction routing of JHE1 (supplied JAVA CICS transaction)
  fails when the two CICS regions are connected by IPIC.
  DTC does EXEC CICS EXTRACT ATTRIBUTES which fails NOTALLOC.
  The EXTRACT-ATTRIBUTES command is invalid for an ISSB (IPIC).

  A CICS java transaction is routed between two CICS Regions
  are connected by IPIC. When the routing transaction attaches
  in AOR. In DTCTask,CICS thinks the transaction is over APPC
  if PRINSYSID returns valid value from ASSIGN command. So
  DTCSupport.SetConversationPrincipalFacilityFields() gets
  invoked to handle the principal facility as a APPC TCTTE
  while it's a ISSB session.
  Then DTCTask does EXTRACT ATTRIBUTES which fails NOTALLOC
  because the command is invalid for an ISSB (IPIC).
  
  An additional problem is that UK92733 failed to ship an
  updated version of com.ibm.cics.server.jar.  This means that
  the problem reported in PM76782 still exists when using a
  JVM server.  UK92776 did ship com.ibm.cics.server.jar but
  that did not contain the fix from PM76782.
  

Problem conclusion

• UK92733 UK92776
  DTCTask.c has been changed to use the TERMCODE plus
  PRINSYSID to determine whether the transaction routing
  is over APPC.
  This APAR also ships an updated version of
  com.ibm.cics.server.jar which contains the fix from PM76782.
