Error description

• Creating BAS resource Journal model (JRNMDEF) with symbolic
  &SYSID in STREAMNAME following error received:
  EYUVC1231E  'Update' (UPDATE) request failed. Request complete
  for 0 records. (Tableerror, Dataerror)
  EYUVC1272I  Action (UPDATE) failed. Attribute data invalid (1).
  EYUVC1271I  Action (UPDATE) failed due to attribute, 'MVS log
  stream name' (STREAMNAME).
  
  From help: Qualified name - Multiple names joined by periods, up
  to a maximum of 26 characters. Qualified names may consist of a
  mixture of specific characters (from within the allowed set)
  and a maximum of three of the following four symbolic names:
  &USERID., &APPLID., &JNAME., &SYSID. After substitution, the
  name must not exceed 26 characters, including periods.
  
  
  In EYU0BACD part:
  
  EDATA_FIELD2   DS    0H
  *--------Edit base table field: STREAMNAME
  
  Test made for symbolic &USERID SYM_USERID, &APPLID SYM_APPLID
  and &JNAME SYM_JNAME, no test for &SYSID.
  Test for &SYSID is needed to valid it and then translate it.

  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes, MASes and SMSS systems     *
  *                 must be restarted.  Note that the restarts   *
  *                 do not need to occur at the same time.       *

  When the a JRNMDEF create or update is performed, method
  EYU0BACD (BACD) is called to validate the attributes for the
  resource.  A logic error in BACD causes it to improperly fail
  the request if &SYSID is specified in the STREAMNAME attribute.
  

Problem conclusion

• BACD has been updated to correctly accept &SYSID as a valid
  value in the STREAMNAME attribute.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
