Error description

• Incorrect program ID for dynamic calls if the length
  of the program ID is shorter than eight symbols for COBOL 5.
  
  CICS IA does not check the length of program ID for COBOLs
  dynamic calls, so it always uses eight symbols for the program
  name. Collector obtains incorrect program IDs if they are
  shorter than eight symbols in the case of COBOL5.

  name. Collector obtains incorrect program IDs if them are

  We need to use correct value of the length of a program ID.
  

Problem conclusion

• The procedure of the check of the length of a progrsm ID was
  added into  CICS IA modules, which process dynamic calls.
