Error description

• You run the CIUAFFRD JCL and specify an APPLID less than 8
  characters in length and the job completes with messages:
  CIU6057E  CIUSPAFF error. Invalid parameter specified: applid.
  CIU6059I  DB2 procedure CIUSPAFF ended with RC=08.

  The length of the APPLID can be from one to eight symbols.
  This name is left justified and right padded by blanks if
  it is needed. The procedure CIUSPAFF and SQL CIUSNPAFF test
  the APPLID by the blank in any position.
  When it founds such blank, it fixes the error. So, the
  procedure CIUSPAFF and SQL CIUSNPAFF fix errors for all
  names shorter than length of the appropriate variables.
  

Problem conclusion

• The procedure CIUSPAFF and SQL CIUSNPAFF need to check,
  is the blank present as the first symbol of the APPLID,
  or the other such names.
