Error description

• Abend AICA in EYU0XDQA XDQA offset x'C3C' occurs when
  you run a CPSM API program that performed a COPY for a
  very large result set.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:    When executing a CPSM API program    *
  *                      which uses the COPY command to copy a   *
  *                      large result set, you may receive an    *
  *                      abend AICA in method XDY2 (EYU0XDY2 -   *
  *                      API COPY Command), or in a method (for  *
  *                      example XDQA (EYU0XDQA - Add Records    *
  *                      to Result Set)) called from XDY2.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, all CMASes must be recycled to pick    *
  *                 up the new code.  Note that the restarts     *
  *                 do not need to be done at the same time.     *
  ****************************************************************
     Module EYU0XDY2 copies a CPSM API Result Set, with optional
  filtering of records, to a new Result Set.  For a large result
  set, this may result in abend AICA in XDY2, or in a method
  called from XDY2, as XDY2 invokes no CICS services which would
  cause the task to be suspended.
  

Problem conclusion

•    Module EYU0XDY2 was modified to retrieve the runaway task
  interval from CICS.  A timer is set before starting the copy
  process for a result set, and is tested after each record is
  processed.  If the elapsed time exceeds 50% of the runaway
  task interval the task is suspended, and the timer is reset.
     Changes were also made to comply with CPSM standards for
  trace level usage within API command processors.
