Error description
Customer created a WUI view of MCICSRGN resource table. Fields INTPTSKRATE and CURPTSKRATE are zero (0). These fields are not populated and per the customer should be.

Problem conclusion
EYUTMMDT has been updated so that INTPTSKRATE will be set to the maximum value of INTTASKRATE and CURPTSKRATE will be set to the maximum value of CURTASKRATE. EYU0MCCD has been updated to add a new 'Maximum Value' routine. This routine is used to process the INTPTSKRATE and CURPTSKRATE values.
