Abstract
The SupportPac enables you to create processes in WebSphere Business Modeler V6.0.2.1 and then import them into IBM FileNet Business Process Manager V4.0 for further refinement.
Download Description
The SupportPac enhances WebSphere Business Modeler by providing it with a new mode and export for FileNet integration. The new FileNet mode supports creating FileNet-compatible process models that can be exported into the FileNet Business Process Manager by validating processes and marking elements that do not have an equivalent in FileNet. The new FileNet export capability exports processes as XPDL files, which can then be imported into the FileNet Business Process Manager.
POSSIBLE USES
Creating business process models in WebSphere Business Modeler that can then be deployed to a FileNet runtime.
SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED
Experience using IBM WebSphere Business Modeler Advanced and IBM FileNet Business Process Manager.
NEW IN THIS RELEASE
Business items are supported in this release. Users can define business items and use them in process modeling for FileNet. Business items will be exported as XSD that will be deployed to FileNet P8 runtime.
