Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WebSphere controller abended with       *
  *                      ABEND0C4/ABENDS0C4 reason code 4        *
  *                      when setting a system exception into a  *
  *                      ORB_Request object.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  An 0C4 abend occurred in the controller region when referencing
  a ORB_Request object that is no longer a ORB_Request object.
  The ORB_Request is not a valid ORB_Request because it was
  double deleted. The double delete happens when
  ZIOPAsyncConnectCallback destroy and ZIOPAsyncConnectCallback
  ready both call
  ZIOPCPPUtilities.process_outbound_async_connect_response.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code so that the ORB_Request is only freed once.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.15 and 9.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
