Error description
When calling help pages in the admincosnole , one gets FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /api/content/nl/en/help/com.ibm.ws.console. distmanagement/ae/uagt_rcellmgr.html Error Code: 404 Target Servlet: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.extension. DefaultExtensionProcessor . This happens when WebSphere runs with Java SDK 8.x

Problem conclusion
